@virginmedia It doesn't state to return it or not which is why I'm questioning this. I have no faith in the people I've dealt with and being given the right information to then be charged a penalty for Virgins mistake.

@virginmedia whats the point of sending recontract emails with discounts that direct to online chat to be told they dont have access to online/email offers. Then to be given a recontract price more than any other offers. Laughable really. #nocustomerloyalty
