I've been teaching NNs & DL to postgrad students for the past 7 years. Needless to say, the field has grown in this period, and so has my stack of slides. I am thinking of restructuring the course and tying it to an existing textbook. Any suggestions?

@StuartReid1929 also depends on volume of tweets expected, if low enough then you could get away with some clever cost saving approaches to get value from live tracking without streaming costs

if real-time is important you can set up an ELK stack to ingest and process to trigger alerts on criteria of interest.
If not you can use some python tools that make use of twitter search to do batch processing.
Twitter API limits/costs are also a factor
