@AventonBikes Aventon has a battery with a computer chip that will kill the battery if it isn't used for a while. Now I have a bike I love with no working battery. I wish I knew this. I could have let others ride it when I broke my neck.
We’re going to Germany. 🇩🇪
Beyond excited to officially announce our expansion into the European market, beginning with Germany in Spring of 2026.

@AventonBikes please make your bikes more customizable. I really want the level 4, but I’m not able to extend the handlebars because of the your cabling systems. if you make a bike where the handlebars can be extended more, I will buy it.🙏
@ayholmz Hello! The battery is indeed removable. It requires a bit more effort for enhanced security, but simply take out a couple of screws from the bottom of the frame, unplug the battery, and it will slide out easily! Feel free to reach out to our tech team! Thank you, Aventon
@AventonBikes I just buy an Aventon ebike in Victoria , BC. When I try to create a profile and register on the App I keep getting an error message "network anomaly" Help
@markmacdonald Hi Mark! We reached out to you on this one and were able to clarify some information. We have found a solution for your specific situation and we are glad we were able to assist! Thanks!
@AventonBikes Avoid this bike if you’re in Ontario or many states. They make 2 versions of this: one is street legal and safe. They other is more unsafe making it not street legal in Ontario. They don’t tell you which one your are getting as the are all sold as Level 3’s.
More range. More control. More ride. The new Level 3 delivers a 70-mile range, app-powered ride tuning, and a smoother, more responsive feel—built for the city, designed for you. #aventon#ebikes

@AventonBikes Thank you! I called support and the issue was handled immediately to my satisfaction. You might want to check into your quality control on the issues I brought forward. Missing screws? Broken pins? No documentation? Based on my ride, you’re better than that. Or you need to be.
Hey @AventonBikes, incredibly disappointed with the QC on my recent order. My fenders arrived missing screws, and the new color display has a bent pin in the connector, so now my bike is completely dead. Also, zero instructions included. Can someone help?
