@hm_custserv Terrible customer service. Called in, waited on hold for half an hour only to be sent to the chat to wait another half hour. The only reason is to cause “sludge” and prevent returns. Shame on you.

@Rogers charges me a late payment fee when the Rogers App on my phone gives my a technical problems message on the day my payment is due, so I am unable to pay. Charge me a late payment fee because their technology does does work! @Expos4ever10 @KLgfeld1 @KrisStellick

@Fidomobile I was wrongly billed for 1.5 years after being told my services were cancelled when I moved abroad. I spent 2+ hours on phone (costing over £400) to fix an error your team caused. I was told I’d be emailed about reimbursement and haven’t heard yet.

@FidoSolutions They tell me to go into the app and file a dispute but the app doesn’t allow it and when I am told to do it on SMS, they can’t send it to an international number. This is BS from a such a big organization.

@AventonBikes I contacted Aventon. They acknowledge the issue but refuse to make it right. Looks like I will have to modify the bike to make it street legal because they sold me a bike that’s not. You would expect the same model not to be materially different.

@AventonBikes Avoid this bike if you’re in Ontario or many states. They make 2 versions of this: one is street legal and safe. They other is more unsafe making it not street legal in Ontario. They don’t tell you which one your are getting as the are all sold as Level 3’s.
