🚨JUST IN: US SEC SUBMITS CRYPTO PROPOSAL TO WHITE HOUSE OMB The US SEC has sent a new interpretive proposal to the White House. The move aims to reshape how crypto assets are classified. It introduces a clearer framework for digital assets. The proposal is now under review by the Office of Management and Budget. A large share of crypto assets may not be treated as securities. This could ease regulatory pressure across the industry.

@Delphi_Digital 💯 Selective disclosure is the missing piece most public blockchain discussions avoid. The infrastructure that solves this is what finally closes the gap between institutional intent and institutional action.

Institutional privacy is still the biggest gap in crypto infrastructure. Banks can't send client flows where competitors and random observers can analyze transactions on a public ledger. But regulators and auditors still need full visibility. Most blockchains force a choice between the two. What institutions actually need is selective disclosure, where regulators can see everything but competitors and the public can't. On one end of the spectrum you have fully private systems like SWIFT and Fedwire. On the other you have fully public chains like Ethereum and Solana. Institutional stablecoin infrastructure needs to sit somewhere in the middle, and projects like Payy, Arc, and Keeta are building there. Selective disclosure is what could get institutional money onchain.

NVIDIA is essentially an algorithm-driven company. What it really does is acceleration. But general-purpose acceleration (CPU) — making everything run faster on a single machine — has reached its limits. So the shift is toward acceleration in specific domains. The fastest-growing domain is clearly AI. And it wasn’t until ChatGPT that AI truly entered an explosive growth phase. What I find interesting is that blockchain is inherently at odds with speed. It wasn’t created for efficiency, but for decentralization — and that comes at a cost. Yet now everyone is trying to make it faster. At the core of this is usability — even the fastest AI products only scale when they are easy to use. Polkadot strikes a balance between performance and decentralization, enabling applications that are accessible to users. So what will be the application that triggers explosive growth? I’m really looking forward to @Polkadot 's ChatGPT moment.
