Neighbour spent 18 lakh on his son’s MBA. Sold land, took loans, sacrificed everything. College promised big placements & corporate future. Today his son earns 28k/month in another city, still struggling to pay rent. Meanwhile the college owner upgraded from Fortuner to BMW. Education in India has become a business where parents invest like it’s a startup and still end up in loss.

I am sorry but this is both hilarious and shocking. My eyes have truly opened to a whole new level of fanaticism in kashmir that i was unaware of. These visuals, this radical Islamism, the glorifying of likes is Khamenei, Hamas, Taliban, ISIS, people like Arfa Khanum posting #Khamenei pin up posters with glorifying captions, they do nothing but numb my secular sensitivity and give apathy towards the Muslim question in India. Tragic.

And people say Kashmir Files is propaganda
Girish Bharadwaj@Girishvhp

On this day in 1990, Girija Tickoo, a Kashmiri Pandit woman, was subjected to one of the most horrific acts of brutality. She was gang-r@p€d, tortured, and brutally murdered—cut into two with a carpenter’s saw while still alive. The most chilling part? Many of the perpetrators were her own neighbours—some she had considered family. Her body, once full of life and promise, was found in a state beyond recognition. 🕯️ Remembering Girija Tickoo — a symbol of the suffering of countless innocent Kashmiri Pandits. Never forget. Never forgive. #GirijaTickoo #KashmiriPandits #1990Exodus #NeverForget

BREAKING: The United Arab Emirates is restricting their nationals from enrolling at British universities over fears that UK campuses are being radicalized by radical Islamist groups. THIS IS BEYOND HILARIOUS! The UAE has a lower tolerance for radical Islam than the freaking UK.

NASA’s Opportunity rover touched down on Mars on January 25, 2004, as part of the Mars Exploration Rover mission. It was designed for a short journey—just 90 Martian days and a drive of about one kilometer. What followed instead became one of the most remarkable stories in space exploration. Opportunity kept going for nearly 15 years, traveling more than 45 kilometers (28 miles) across the Martian surface and far exceeding every expectation placed upon it.In June 2018, Mars was engulfed by a planet-wide dust storm. Thick clouds of dust blotted out sunlight, leaving Opportunity’s solar panels unable to recharge its batteries. Slowly, the rover lost power and fell silent. For the next eight months, NASA engineers tried relentlessly to reach it, sending more than a thousand commands in hopes of hearing back. The silence never broke. On February 13, 2019, NASA officially declared the mission complete. The famous “final words” were not a direct message, but a poetic interpretation by a NASA engineer of the rover’s last telemetry—data showing fading power and dim light. Yet those words resonated deeply. They came to represent something larger: a small robot, alone on a distant world, that worked faithfully until it could no longer see the Sun.

On this day, 31 years ago, Ukraine signed the Budapest Memorandum. Under this agreement, Ukraine relinquished the world’s third-largest nuclear arsenal in exchange for security assurances from the United States, the United Kingdom, and russia. Before the Memorandum was signed, renowned political scientist and international relations scholar John Mearsheimer warned that Ukraine should keep its nuclear weapons. He argued that this was the most effective way to prevent a future russian-Ukrainian war, describing such a war as a potential “catastrophe” that could lead to repeated conquest of Ukraine and “undermine peace across all of Europe.” Despite these warnings, Ukraine was pressured by the US into signing the Budapest Memorandum and dismantling its nuclear arsenal. As part of the agreement, Ukraine destroyed its fleet of long-range strategic bombers and transferred more than 1,000 cruise missiles. The United States even assisted in destroying Ukraine’s bomber fleet. In return, Ukraine received “security assurances” from the US, the UK, and russia. Russia, of course, has brutally violated these assurances along with dozens of other treaties. In fact, the same missiles Ukraine surrendered to russia are now being used against Ukrainian cities. And now, instead of honoring those commitments, the United States is pressuring Ukraine to surrender its own land to the aggressor — offering another set of “assurances” that will collapse the moment they are tested. Budapest was a historic mistake. Repeating it today would not bring peace — it would pave the road to the next, even bloodier war.

Md. Yunus and Taslima Begum jointly received the Nobel Peace Prize. That means Yunus received one half of the Nobel, and Taslima received the other half. Yet despite being only half-owner of the Nobel, Yunus alone has enjoyed the full honour of it for years. Because he won the Nobel Prize, he went on to receive many other awards as well. He never reminded anyone that he was not alone — that a woman had won the Nobel alongside him. He erased his female co-recipient. People have completely forgotten about Taslima Begum. I have heard that Yunus had her thrown out of Grameen Bank. Keeping himself in the light, surrounded by wealth, he cast Taslima into the dark pit of poverty. Now Taslima lives like a stranger, unknown to all. No one knows that she, like Yunus, won half of the Nobel — that she is also a Nobel laureate. When a man is misogynistic and committed to extreme patriarchy, he will always try to hide a woman’s talent in any way possible, while loudly announcing even his own meagre abilities. In this conspiracy, Yunus is truly skilled.
