I am most appalled by the way @airindia staff handled the situation at the airport. They were rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. I can understand emergencies can happen but the way it was handled was highly unprofessional and not in line with the name of TATAs. @TataCompanies

What a SHAME, @airindia ! 14/6 Last night, Flight AI 312 CANCELLED without ANY prior notice. We got a message when we were on our way to the airport, the flight (AI 312) is cancelled. We reached the gate—only to be told “go to the staff gate, flight’s cancelled.”

What a joke of an airline! We missed hotel+connecting flights, entire itinerary of 7 days in South Korea. I'm a Senior surgeon—this trip was planned precisely around my patient schedules. Your negligence cost us money, precious time, peace!

@m_apro No!!! They were not very clear themselves at the airport and were trying to offer a ridiculous “30 hour, multiple layover” flight in exchange with our direct flight to ICN. We ended up rebooking the whole itinerary!

Our @aiims_newdelhi residents while on flight yesterday,A distress call was announced for a baby Dr Navdeep Dr Damandeep Dr Rishab Dr Oishika Dr Avichala Immediately child was examined - his pulse was absent, On air- Immediate CPR was given and child was saved Proud moment 👍

#Always available #AIIMSParivar While returning from ISVIR- on board Bangalore to Delhi flight today evening, in Vistara Airline flight UK-814- A distress call was announced It was a 2 year old cyanotic female child who was operated outside for intracardiac repair , was unconscious and cyanosed 5 Doctors from @aiims_newdelhi were onboard Dr Navdeep Kaur- SR Anesthesia Dr Damandeep Singh- SR Cardiac Radiology Dr Rishab Jain- Ex SR AIIMS Radiology Dr Oishika- SR OBG Dr Avichala Taxak- SR Cardiac Radiology Immediately child was examined - his pulse was absent, extremities were cold , child was not breathing with cyanosed lips and fingers On air- Immediate CPR was started and with limited resources, using skilled work and active management by team Successfully IV canulla was placed , oropharyngeal airway was put and emergency response was initiated by whole team of residents on board- and the baby for brought to ROSC- return of circulation. It was complicated by another cardiac arrest for which an AED was used. For 45 mins , baby was resuscitated and flight was routed to Nagpur On reaching Nagpur, child was handed over in stable hemodynamic to the pediatrician
