#ImportantUpdate Further to the press statement released yesterday, 18 June 2025, which announced a temporary reduction in services operated by Boeing 787 and 777 aircraft, we wish to provide details on the flights affected. These reductions will be effective from 21 June 2025, and last until at least 15 July 2025. The reductions arise from the decision to voluntarily undertake enhanced pre-flight safety checks, as well as accommodate additional flight durations arising from airspace closures in the Middle East. The objective is to restore schedule stability and minimise last-minute inconvenience to passengers. Details of the flights affected are as follows: 1. Routes suspended until 15 July 2025: - Delhi-Nairobi (AI961/962) – 4x weekly flights* - Amritsar-London (Gatwick) (AI169/170) – 3x weekly flights - Goa (Mopa)-London (Gatwick) (AI145/146) – 3x weekly flights 2. Air India apologises to the passengers affected by these curtailments, and is proactively contacting affected passengers to offer re-accommodation on alternative flights, complimentary rescheduling or full refunds as per their preference. @airindia we understand you are in pressure due to the accident. However that doesnt mean you put all future passengers also at inconvenience. We had a flight from Mumbai-Delhi-Seoul. You cancelled the Delhi - Seoul flight after we boarded from Mumbai.

(1/n) @airindia Hi Guys In bit of a situation here, thanks to you. Let me try to explain. I have a flight to S Korea on 15th June 2025 (AI 312) , and I had booked my flight from GOIBIBO and family's from MMT. The return flight was on 26th June.

I am most appalled by the way @airindia staff handled the situation at the airport. They were rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. I can understand emergencies can happen but the way it was handled was highly unprofessional and not in line with the name of TATAs. @TataCompanies

What a SHAME, @airindia ! 14/6 Last night, Flight AI 312 CANCELLED without ANY prior notice. We got a message when we were on our way to the airport, the flight (AI 312) is cancelled. We reached the gate—only to be told “go to the staff gate, flight’s cancelled.”
