Waterfall City is a precinct in Midrand, #Johannesburg that boasts current and future mixed-use developments. Some well-known tenants in the area include Amazon Web Services, PwC, Deloitte, Pfizer and Cisco. Listed Attacq is valued at R6.5 billion on the JSE with net debt of approximately R7.9 billion. This deal is sure to cut down their current debt. The deal is subject to approvals.

I am pleased to note the latest Statistics SA data that shows that South Africa’s agriculture has grown an additional 1,1% in gross value in the third quarter of 2025, following a 2,5% growth in the second quarter. 🇿🇦
