Hi @ClairesEurope Please note this is my 5th attempt to have this issue for free earrings sorted. I had my ears pierced on 15 Jan 2024 in the Claire's store, Pavilions shopping center in Swords, Co. Dublin, Ireland & never received email coupon for free earrings.

@askryanair @askryanair we have contacted bank and they say they need ARN nenber for Ryanair to look for the transaction as there is no account in their bank to look at. This should be available for your merchant service provider

@askryanair I have an issue where my cash refund was issued to an account that was closed....how can I get it issued to the correct account please? @spdtwit
