سپر سی ایم محترمہ @MaryamNSharif صاحبہ کی خدمت میں @CMComplaintCell اور ادارے کی سربراہ @SaimaFarooq صاحبہ کی وساطت سے مندرجہ ذیل درخواست پیش کر رہا ہوں- ملتان سے غلام مرسلین (6836231-0301) کی عرض ہے کہ انہوں نے اگست 2025 میں اپنی بچگانہ گارمنٹس کی دکان, واقع تحصیلدار موڑ نزد گارڈن ٹاؤن, ملتان کو ایک معاہدے کے تحت غلام خان محمد ولد حاجی اللہ وسایا نسیم کو فروخت کی- ٹوٹل 5 لاکھ روپے میں سودا طے پایا جس میں 50 ہزار روپے ایڈوانس اور باقی چار لاکھ پچاس ہزار روپے ماہانہ 50,000 روپے کی مساوی قسطوں میں ادا کرنا طے پائے- لیکن اب تقریباً 7 ماہ سے اوپر گزر چکے ہیں اور غلام خان محمّد نے غلام مرسلین کو ایک روپیہ بھی ادا نہیں کیا- ابتک کی ٹوٹل وصولی صرف پچاس ہزار روپے ایڈوانس کی رقم ہے- اب اطلاع ہے کہ غلام خان محمّد نے دکان کا سامان کسی اور پارٹی کو آگے فروخت کر دیا ہے- وہ اسکے باوجود غلام مرسلین کو کوئی ادائیگی نہیں کر رہا- گزارش ہے کہ مقامی انتظامیہ یا پولیس سے کہہ کر غلام مرسلین کی بقیہ رقم مبلغ ساڑھے چار لاکھ روپے کی ریکوری کروائی جائے- محکمے ان غرباء کی بات نہیں سنتے- جزاک الله - شکریہ-
