@awthorpe Hey Andrew, the previous outages have since been resolved, however there are now some new unplanned outages within the area which you can view here - telstra.com.au/outages. It's estimated to be resolved on 15/05, however I’m confident they’ll have this resolved ASAP! -Febey

@Telstra is there any plans to increase the network capacity around southern cross station area in the Melbourne CBD. You get 4-5 bars of 5G signal but no ability to use it as nothing loads as the available capacity is maxed out.

@Telstra It isn’t unplanned outages there is a lack of capacity in the Telstra network in that part of the cbd. It has been bad for ages like dial up speeds but is getting worse to the point of unusable. How do you let the network engineers know that they need to review and do something

@Telstra Is there any update on why there is no network capacity at the largest train station in Victoria. It was so bad my iPhone went to SoS / satellite mode today? I’m seeing all these ads that the network and coverage is so good yet in Melbourne cbd I can’t use my phone….

Hey @metrotrains any chance you might be able to actually run some trains on the Sunbury line one day so I can get home. As per usual there is no trains to the west seeing as you’ve shut the Werribee and Williamstown lines and the metro tunnel is a giant white elephant.

@metrotrains you can’t claim they are clearing if you don’t actually run trains. No train has come passed state library so not sure how the delays are “clearing”. All I’m seeing is cancelled trains

@RoryBurnside @metrotrains @metrotrains now runs the runs the Sunbury bus service on weekends. The Sunbury train line is a weekday 9am-5pm service only. Can only use the Sunbury train tracks for empty HCMT “Test Trains” these days

⛔️Sunbury Line: Buses replace trains between Sunshine and North Melbourne due to a track fault. Replacement buses have been ordered, however will take over 30 minutes to arrive A train service will operate between Sunbury and Sunshine, with delays to the service Allow extra travel time Check information displays and listen for announcements.

@metrotrains any eta on when we might actually get to use the Sunbury train line on a weekend in 2025. This is a joke that it’s 4hrs in and the “track fault” still isn’t fixed. Hard not to believe it isn’t due to the works on the Williamstown/Werribee lines, hence still not fixed

@metrotrains could you please advise the cleaning staff at West Footscray station to remember to empty the rubbish bins at the bottom of the overpass stairs on the Bunnings side of the station. They have been overflowing for days.

@Telstra Hi no new DM’s about this issue. Happy to chat more via DM but I’m not sure what anyone can/will do, as every Telstra person I speak to says 6mth ban come back then, good bye. I’ve never felt so disrespected as a customer by an organisation as I have by @Telstra in this process.

@Telstra trying to pre-order the iPhone 16 & I failed the credit check. On live chat & told after 15+ years as a customer I have to wait 6mth to order a new phone due ONE failed payment caused by an expired card in your system that you didn’t notify me about. Absolute rubbish.

@FOXTEL_Help what is going on with the Foxtel Go apps on iPhone and iPad. Takes forever to load then playback error with any show. I’m trying to watch the Bathurst 12 hr (Motorsport) which is the only reason why I pay for your poor service and rubbish app. Do better
