ASO feels like a mystery, you tweak keywords, wait weeks, and still don't really know what worked. SEO is just easier to get a read on. You can see what's ranking, what's converting, and adjust. Worth investing in earlier than I did.

The site has always been there, I just wish I'd given it more attention earlier. The homepage alone drove 443 iOS app downloads and $561 (again iOS revenue).

I've been putting more focus into alpenglowapp.com over the past few months and it's starting to show. So far this year for the iOS app... - 2,406 impressions - 1,344 downloads - $1,201 in proceeds - 10,380 sessions

Glad I have a backup connection when Xfinity decides it no longer wants to internet. Looks like it's pretty widespread.

Why in the world can’t we subscribe to calendars for Formula 1 races, Beats 1 shows, or Apple Podcasts releases? Apple should make it easy to put schedules like these directly into the Calendar app.

Spent a while assuming this App Store conversion rate nosedive was feature related. 😬 But those effects should’ve faded now the features have dropped off I reverted back to my older screenshot style yesterday, so too early to say if that’s the culprit. 🤞 Continuing to dig 🕵️‍♂️

@freak4pc @sentry @emergetools I just switched Alpenglow over to it and we're trying it out in Buffer. Finding it's surfacing things I've not seen before, dashboard takes some getting used to but working well so far.

@sentry @emergetools do you have any updates on how well crash reporting works? i'm eager to find a replacement for Firebase, but last I've tries Sentry (1.5-2 years ago) it really wasn't great with tracking, the layout for looking into the stack traces, etc. were there any changes there? curious.

@sentry @emergetools Been playing around with this, I find the docs for the "Main Binary Export Metadata" fix a little confusing. I think I had it set up correctly but it lead to Xcode throwing out errors. In case theres any updates needed to the doc, saw it matches the old Emerge docs.

After a year of pretty flat MRR and declining downloads, I’m putting together a nomination for App Store feature consideration for Alpenglow. It includes features I’ve wanted to build for almost 9 years, and it’ll mark @alpenglowapp ’s 10th birthday. Hoping it works out 🤞

2nd or 3rd time this is happening to me. no button to submit app and keeps on ready to submit. with massive amount of vibe coded apps the experience in app store connect is becoming awful, sometimes 2-3 days to submit an update and now this (which i believe is not an accident) has this happened to you too?

@buffer Hey guys I've recommended you to a few friends of mine recently, however the recent TikTok API issue is giving me kind of a bad reference. It's been more than a day since APIs are a bit troubling, can u provide any timeframe when this will be solved?
