No, Anthony. Kuminga refused to buy-in and play this style consistently for Kerr.
The first 8 games of the season he took a total of 8 middies. The next 8 games he took 33 middies. He reverted right back to his old, Kobe chasing habits.
If he simply played the way Kerr wanted to consistently... Everything would be different.

I didn’t say the warriors are good and their season is over so idk what im supposed to say about them as a team. I personally don’t care at all about Kuminga and I think evaluating him against a Wizards team actively tanking is pretty useless.

Golden State just punted on a potential Superstar in Jonathan Kuminga and proven veteran in Buddy Hield for a talented, but very much past his prime injury prone Center in KP.

Porzingis might not play much due to his injury records. Hopefully he could be as healthy as possible and help Warriors, Steph, and Draymond for one last ride.
The great thing from this trade is that we are free from Kuminga. Exhausting for both sides.

Warriors fans have to ask themselves who they would prefer to simply replace Kerr. It’s impossible to land on a single obvious name right now and we all know Steph Curry wants him to stay. Whatever Steph wants is what I’m happy with. Both have done so much for basketball and W’s.
