All roads lead to $X One ticker for interplanetary life.
IPO Newsroom@IPONewsroom_

JUST IN: SPACEX'S IPO PROSPECTUS COULD HIT AS SOON AS NEXT WEEK. The roadshow is slated for June 8, per CNBC. This would be the largest IPO in history, by a wide margin: The timeline: - SpaceX confidentially filed in April - Prospectus could be publicly disclosed as soon as next week - Roadshow officially kicks off June 8 - SEC rule requires the filing be disclosed at least 15 calendar days before the roadshow - SpaceX advisers aiming for a slightly earlier flip to give investors time to digest The deal size: - Targeting a listing of $70B to $75B, per Bloomberg - That is more than 2x the size of Saudi Aramco's 2019 record ($25.6B) - Largest IPO of all time, by a wide margin The valuation context: - SpaceX merged with xAI in February - That deal valued the combined entity at $1.25 TRILLION - Brookfield $BN disclosed today it has already purchased $2B of SpaceX shares at the current pre-IPO mark The distribution play: - Because this much stock has never been sold in an IPO before, SpaceX's advisers are scouting brokers in the UK, Japan, and Canada - Targeting longer-term retail holders outside the U.S. The setup for the broader AI IPO pipeline: - Cerebras $CBRS closed +68% on its debut today at a $95B market cap - OpenAI and Anthropic are both pursuing offerings as soon as this year - Both could exceed $1T in valuation if they price The market backdrop: - Wall Street has been thirsting for IPOs after a years-long drought - Cerebras was the proof point that institutional demand is back - SpaceX is the megacap test

There's an og $x on eth that was deployed as a token for the app, then rebranded for spacex. its not og community, there's not even a community linked. It was someone else's project that they stole. This token has absolutely nothing to do with the IPO 0xa0f48cb0cde07d336cec707f6f1e18a6ffcfb0d6

nope! they are federating units on how they operate within their state boundaries thy are not federating units when it involves external debt! The federal government of any country on Earth acts as the sole gatekeeper for external borrowing. A sub national government in any country can not just unilaterally raise external debt from foreign lenders w/o its Federal government approval! in some countries like the UK, the british government has set automatic approval limits for certain types of debt meaning a sub-national government like Greater London Region can access loans within certain limits but when it gets above that threshold like when London built the $25b elizabeth rail line the project required federal grants & loan guarantees from the UK, hence it was “funded”, “sponsored”& “approved” by the UK treasury even though the debt was repaid by London taxpayers! this is the exact same thing as the Lagos green line project! that is how sub-national debt financing works everywhere! imagine Lagos borrows money and refuses to payback then a foreign entity decides to seize part of lagos, don’t you folks understand that - that would be infringing on Nigeria’s sovereignty? - lagos refusing to payback will affect Nigeria’s international credit rating & affect other subnationals & even the FG trying to acces future loans? - Foreign debts have to be paid back in the currency it was borrowed (usually USD), don’t you realize that a state borrowing w/o caring about if the FG has the FX to cover the loan will put our currency in jeopardy?! that’s why foreign debt is managed at a sovereign level. Local debt from access bank in Naira? not so much!

as you can read the projects are state funded projects and the FEC only grants approval for these projects so that the state government can approach lenders for funding and also permit the loans to be added to the Sovereign debt by the Debt Management Office! I just think before we get outraged we should know exactly what we are being outraged about, is there a metro line proposal from any Niger Delta state that was unapproved? Again these projects are being funded by state governments from their IGR & FAAC allocations if Niger-Delta states aren’t doing any marquee projects even after receiving FAAC+13% derivative and generating IGR the blame for that is squarely at the feet of the Niger-Delta Governors just yesterday Fubara was inspecting duplexes he was building for state commissioners and I only saw a few persons from rivers state actually holding him accountable for wasting public funds to build houses for commissioners this energy should be channeled towards that!
TEEE@RoxySouthsydd

As usual, the Niger Delta region that generates more for the country is left out. We only deserve pipeline surveillance contracts.

President Tinubu Apoints Joseph Tegbe as New Minister of Power Following Adebayo Adelabu’s Resignation President Bola Tinubu has nominated Joseph Olasunkanmi Tegbe as the new Minister of Power, following the resignation of Adebayo Adelabu from the position. The nomination was announced on April 30, 2026, in a statement issued from the State House and signed by presidential aide Bayo Onanuga. Tegbe’s name has also been forwarded to the Senate for screening and confirmation in line with constitutional requirements. Adelabu’s exit from the ministry reportedly followed his decision to pursue an elective political office, creating a vacancy in the critical power sector portfolio.
