@Aadhaar_Care I mailed to ro ranchi for exception update in my dob in sep 2022.but it's not updated yet.then i physically submitted all doc in ro ranchi,guard says there is no any specific time to solve this problem is it correct

Not updated yet, i have applied many time there is no answer .at ro ,guards says you can reach us through mail or phone but you donot answer also they tells there is no specific period for this exception update whqt to do @UIDAIRanchi @UIDAI @ceo_uidai @uidai

Due to this i am unable to appear in my examination and also not able to apply for pan.this problem was created by aadhar operator at the time of first update

I am unable to update my dob in aadhar second time .i am trying this from 3 yrs and do all proccedure .i visited aadhar ro ranchi and physically submitted required document many times and also mail all required document but they didn't do anything @ceo_uidai @UIDAIRanchi @uidai
