@BruinsWyan @Steve_Dangle Idk, people seem to forget that we had a logjam of goalies and it didn't make sense to keep them all. Bussi's actually 5 months older than Swayman, and DiPietro is only a year younger than that

I'm happy for Steeves but this drives me nuts. They scouted and recruited this guy. He plays in your org for four seasons. He plays 247 AHL games and has 216 points. The longest cup of coffee you gave him was seven games. Now he's a contributor on a divisional rival. Sick.

Seeing various versions of this being shared in screenshots, and was surprised to look at it and realize it’s just 10 “key states”. I’m not sure how well that maps onto the country as a whole, but it feels important…

@jack_me6969 @HardScuba22 Zboril has had parts of 3 seasons in the NHL; perhaps it was Cassidy's fault, but he simply hasn't panned out. I'm hopeful that a change of scenery will be good for both players. Also, Peeke's cap hit isn't so steep if you remember that we're paying Zboril 1.1M in the AHL...

@HardScuba22 @_MikeSullivan This was my biggest issue with how the day developed. The draft pick made me think Sweeney got bullied a bit. Zboril isn’t shattering any records, sure. But had some positive games. I think the Bruins were somewhat at fault for his development.

@azperry @_TyAnderson @OBX29 Yes, all their contract is equal or below 925k. Poitras cap hit is 870k, Beecher is 925k.
Placing Poitras on LTI would give them enough cap space to recall one player (except Zboril.)

@_TyAnderson Ty, how much longer can they continue to play guys like Boqvist and Steen? I understand others need to step up but they’re not even getting any energy from that 4th line.

@MtlfanSakic @_TyAnderson @OBX29 Poitras makes 50k less than Beecher... the way I see it, most of the 775-1mil players are interchangeable depending on who they call up

@MtlfanSakic @_TyAnderson @OBX29 That's some money, but reality is Poitras' contract isn't enough for them to magically have 3M to spend at the trade deadline... correct me if I'm wrong, but he, Beecher, and others on first-year EL contracts have the same salary?
