Update: My legal action against The Labour Party. Firstly, my apologies for not updating my supporters sooner - unfortunately, my lawyers have advised me not to say too much publicly. This is what I can say: A few people have noticed that Crowdjustice extended my funder's deadline to the end of May. This was at the request of my solicitor with Crowdjustice, confirming that campaigns can be extended by up to 90 days. Why did my solicitor request an extension? 1: Despite three PAP letters, the Labour Party has failed to provide all the requested information. Indeed, they have provided virtually no information in response to our questions. This inhibits the progress of my case and adds to the costs. 2: Recently, a second person has contacted my solicitor to ask whether they can be a co-claimant. Their circumstances are different from mine; they are not transgender, and their claim has to be evaluated by counsel. 3: The EHRC Code of Practice, which will be laid in Parliament in the coming weeks, could have an effect on my case. 4: On the 16th of February, I made a Subject Access Request to the Labour Party. They responded on the 16th of March. I was expecting perhaps 20 to 25 pages. How wrong can I be? There were 252 pages, many of which were heavily redacted! I requested a review and asked for a response within 7 days. The Labour Party refused, saying they need six weeks! 5: In my opinion, the Labour Party are being as obstructive as possible, borne out by the fact that they have never once responded positively even to Alternative Dispute Resolution requests. People will rightly query why I stay a member of the Labour Party and will be supporting my CLP's councillors on Thursday. The reality is this. Every single member of my CLP has supported me; in short, they are my family, and if I divorce the Labour Party, my family goes with that divorce. Local councillors cant change the Labour Party’s policies regarding immigration, national laws or the NHS; they deal with street cleaning, parks, and local services, and in Portsmouth, I know for a fact every single Labour Councillor works exceptionally hard. A thought on the Campbells. Anyone with a child of an age to be affected by the gender cult will know how difficult it is to resist. My daughter was furious with me for my resolute pushback. She screamed in rage and anguish when I contradicted the mantras she was receiving from school and Tic Tok. She had no friends who were not captured, and nor did I among the mums. It was extremely difficult to hold the line, and she hated me with every fibre of her being for quite some time. All I had were two lifelines: first, my own conviction that I was protecting her and the truth about biological sex was a red line I would never cross. It was the only thing I broke my anonymity for - going into the school to make sure the Head understood the law and that there would be consequences if I saw gender ideology appearing in the curriculum or affecting sports and facilities. Parents in this position will know how lonely and frightening a stance this was four or five years ago. Second - the example of parents on here who never softened their position though they would have been under pressure from all sides. The public spotlight on Graham Linehan makes his steadfastness in this regard particularly exemplary. Being viscerally hated by your child is no joke. It strikes at your core as a parent. I now think the ability to withstand that when the chips are down is what actually makes you a parent. Watching Grace Campbell clutch that cushion and contort while parroting that aggressive man's insults should horrify anyone that truly loves her.
