That entire right lane is waiting to turn right onto Riverside. With the construction at Bank and Riverside, they put a no right turn on red at Bank of Riverside, all directions, for no good reason other than to further their anti-car agenda.

The City of Ottawa doesn’t need to be in every aspect of my life. How about this for a 5 point plan on what they should spend their time and our money on: 1. Pick up my garbage on time 2. Plow my street and fix the potholes 3. Ensure the emergency and protective services in Ottawa are funded to reduce ambulance wait times, put out fires, and enforce the law 4. Make recreation available for families and seniors 5. Keep up with infrastructure / social services as population grows Not that hard. Get back to basics.
