@b_sherrets

I'm full of useless facts about Tesla.

Just 165 miles of FSD V14.3.1 flawlessly cooking from Syracuse, NY to Jim Thorpe, PA. @Tesla_AI Look at what you did. This is so cool. You made this. You're changing the world. You're literally going to be the reason so many parents don't lose their children. The reason tragedies never occur. They would've if you didn't dedicate your time and energy to building this; but you stopped future tragedy from happening. That's how you spent your time. So many people think we're nuts for gushing over this technology. Many will read this and roll their eyes. But I don't give a fuck -- I see you. When you're sitting in these cars for hours and hours, for thousands and thousands of miles... you see it for what it is. You get lost in thoughts of how important it is. There is still so much to do, but here we are in 2026, and you're doing it. Bending the arc of history. It was always going to be cameras and nets, the universe just needed to churn out the legends capable of turning rocks into lifesaving technology.

The $160,000 Model S Signature Edition is officially sold out. Reservations are now closed for the S and the X. Between the 250 Model S and 100 Model X Signature Editions, Tesla generated a combined $56M in revenue.

$TSLA reports Q1 results next week. Results aren't likely to be stellar. I believe there's a decent chance of a big Robotaxi expansion in the next few days (most likely during the weekend) in order to front-run the Q1 results.

I'm so happy with my Tesla that my biggest beef is the turn signal sound. Doesn't give off premium vibe lol... $TSLA

I am genuinely struggling to understand this logic. If the rest of the world is willing to pay a small toll to Iran to keep oil flowing and stabilise markets, then why does the U.S. feel the need to block all shipping, especially when it is not dependent on that oil?

People actually don’t want to own cars. They just want to *have* a car. Today car ownership is complicated. You have to arrange financing, pay for the financing, pay for the car, pay for the insurance, pay for fuel, pay for maintenance, car washes, vehicle registration, parking, parking tickets etc If there was a $499 a month subscription I could buy that rolled almost all of those costs into one monthly fee it would make things much simpler. You could still keep your car in the garage if you wanted to, but it would just be more expensive then sending it out to do useful work. If a monthly subscription provided an experience that felt a lot like car ownership without the hassle of car ownership, I think consumers would love that. Many will choose to have no upfront subscription cost and just pay as they go for rides, but for those who want their own car I think there will be subscriptions that feel much like a car lease does today, but with less long term commitment (because if you don’t want the car anymore, it can always go out and do work to pay for itself)

@wholemars But people still want to own cars. If tesla decides not to build new models I wish they would at least sell a sled for coach makers to build out new deigns (like the old days).

“I would say colonialism is a wonderful thing. It spread civilization to Africa. Before it they had no written language, no wheel as we know it, no schools, no hospitals, not even normal clothing” -Rhodesian PM Ian Smith This is why Rhodesia is the perfect political litmus test: is government that discriminates on the basis of human capability to find and promote excellence good and right because it leads to human and national flourishing, or is it “morally wrong” because it discriminates in favor of excellence rather than enforcing the doctrine of equality? Many would prefer equality, even if the cost is remaining forever, stuck in the Stone Age and living in a blighted land with no buildings taller than a termite mound. They are wrong, and must be treated as wrong. If allowed to enforce their delusions, they will turn the paradise that was Rhodesia into the hell that is Zimbabwe

Two weeks after stepping away, the changes I've noticed are profound. This isn't like a two-week vacation when I'd dread returning to work. - No longer do the Sunday scaries loom over me. - I fall asleep easily and wake refreshed. - Anger flares up less often than before. - Yesterday, I genuinely relaxed—a rare experience. - I look forward to the gym instead of seeing it as a chore. - With fewer distractions, staying present is easier. - Now I anticipate events rather than dread them. For years, I didn’t realize how much stress I was under—like a frog in slowly heated water. Now that I've stepped away, the changes are astounding.

On Monday, I will resign from my job as an IT executive. I’ve led a large team for several years. Soon after arriving, I realized the role was not what I expected and the environment was unhealthy. Instead of leaving, I chose to view the situation as a challenge. Over time, I shifted from trying to improve the situation to focusing on supporting my employees as best I could, often at my own expense. Last week, however, I found myself unable to protect them any longer. That moment came when I had to lay off an employee and friend of 25 years, with no involvement in the decision. I lost any sense of purpose. So on Monday, I will walk in and resign. I expect that over the next several months, many more will follow, though I realize the company may not care unless it impacts the bottom line. But my wife and family, my purpose, will care.

$TSLA 🇰🇷 Would you believe if someone ordered Model Y L in Korea today, but it is impossible to receive it from Korea this year due to the large volume of orders? * It's a very personal opinion. Koreans' love of Model Y L is crazy!

Africans stuff the little slave children in bags. Notice the corrupt UN says nothing, they're too busy accusing Britain of "crimes against humanity" for the 17th century slave trade.
Visegrád 24@visegrad24

Congolese children stuffed in bags are up for sale as “child labour” to the highest bidder. An estimated 40,000 children work in the cobalt mines of the DRC. Where is the outrage from Black Lives Matter and other organisations?
