The Field Marshal has left Tehran; however not on the way to Islamabad.
The Pakistan Interior Minister Mohsen Naqvi reached Islamabad from Tehran. According to sources the Field Marshal has also left Tehran, however, his destination was not Islamabad. May be Washington.

Around 4.2 million barrels of oil move through it daily, along with a large share of global container traffic. If it becomes unsafe or unusable, ships are forced to reroute around Africa. That adds up to two extra weeks per journey, sharply increases fuel use, and cuts effective global shipping capacity. Khawaja Asif claimed that Pakistan played a key role as a global mediator, even helping prevent a potential World War III scenario. He suggested that without such intervention, oil prices could have surged to $300 per barrel.
He added that Pakistan has effectively done a major service to the international community, particularly the Gulf nations. According to this view, the government should consider asking G20 countries for $2 billion each and Gulf states for $5 billion each as compensation.
If such financial support were secured, he implied, Pakistan could eliminate its debt and emerge as one of the wealthiest countries in the world.
