Today's been technical perfect & now we have volatility to work with. Today's target slate given at 8am was 7160, 7166, 7180. We hit 7180 exact, and went "elevator down" in #ES_F.
7105 must reclaim now to see 7122, 7129, 7135+. 7085 below (watch traps), then 7072, 7058

Little to do now but just hold runners. We got long on the 7097 Failed Breakdown in #ES_F yesterday. Today's targets were 7147, 7153, 7165, 7180. 3/4 are hit.
I posted 2hrs 7147 then became support, and it held exact. 7180 remains resistance of a 4 day bull flag 7180-7085.

Still no volatility in #ES_F but levels respecting well. After the 7097 Failed Breakdown long yesterday, today's targets were 7147 (hit), 7153 (hit), 7165 (high of day), 7180 (not yet) 7147 then became support, just held exact (7135, 7120 below). 7085-7185 remains a massive flag

No volatility at all still in #ES_F (dont overtrade until we get some) but levels respecting. I posted at 10am that 6958 reclaims trigger to 7073(hit), 7086 (hit), 7093. 7058 then became suppoet and we just backtested it and bounced. Same upsides. Dip <7058 to 7048, 7041, 7016.

Sunday futures open for #ES_F with the typical gap down but smaller this week than usual. ES needs to recover 6385 now to work back to 6412, and that must reclaim to mount a more sustained rally to 6420, 6454, 6492+
6367, 6342 are next down from here if we grind lower

Closing update #ES_F: 6426 support as posted and ES agrees stuck around here for 1hr. Quick spike down to 6412 just now. This is a big zone that ES will need to defend or trap/recover off Sundays open. 6454 reclaim then starts us up. Newsletter out soon with next supports/entry

@nathanjustbufc @AdamMancini4 Don't confuse his FBD edge with being bullish. There's actually more FBD in downtrends. FBDs create a pretty low risk reaction zone to scalp points, leave a runner, and often the runner will run 50-200+ points.

Key to remember the defining feature of an edge is repeatability. If you are doing something different on every trade (different setup, different management), you likely arent exploiting an edge. For me, its the same setup, managed the same, day after day, trade after trade

@RHill305 @AdamMancini4 @toddmatsick @TheTickHunter He has shared losing trades in the newsletter. And, his runners very often 'lose' (i.e., close at price below entry). That's the system. Take small point profits with multi contracts and small losses with runners.

No volatility now as #ES_F is exhausted and very poor quality trading until we get some. 6466-70 is a magnet today. Reclaims see 6492 as posted and we just popped to 6490 and rejected. Bears remain in full control below 6575 and 6492 recover to start a rally today to 6524+

It's key to know your time frame. As a day trader, I don't care where SPX goes tomorrow, next week, or how it gets there. I care about the next 5 to 20 point intraday move, and waiting on my 1 setup to capture it. That's it. If you think beyond that, noise will ruin your trading

Total chop in #ES_F going nowhere all day, but levels respecting. 6623 support posted at 8am, and we've held it/trapped it 6 or 7 times today alone. If we can get moving, 6642 (already hit), 6658-63 remain upsides. No sustained rally until 6658-63 recovers.

Extreme level precision today but we are now in mid-day chop. 6623 was support as posted in #ES_F. Its held 4-5x. 6635 reclaim was long trigger, with 6658-63 being target. We hit 6658 and sold. As I've warned many times, no rally today until 6658 recovers 6623 remains support
