@virginmedia Even after them re-setting my p/w still can't get my email. Not once has changing email been mentioned. Now waiting for contact from them & complaint has been raised by chap on phone.
@virginmedia Whatsap useless, after spending nearly 2hrs trying to sort it, now been told to ring as they can't change passwords on there! Does the right hand know what the left hand is doing?
@virginmedia still no access to my emails & no info from you. Don't mind missing all the spam, but have important medical emails I need to deal with & could be missing urgent appointments as they email.
@baggiesbabe69 We understand you have authority however there is certain things only the account holder can deal with and this is one of them, your Husband can contact us on either 150 from a Virgin Landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, or Via WhatsApp: +44 7305 327 112.
@virginmedia But I have full authority on the account! What number does he need to ring & what options to press to actually speak to someone who can sort this & knows what they are doing?
@baggiesbabe69 We do appreciate your frustration with this being your email however anything email/ account related has to be the account holder who we deal with, if he can call us we will do all we can the get this resolved.
@virginmedia That's what I don't understand, his account is fine, mines messed up, but it can't seem to be sorted out unless he does it, yet it's my email. If i've gotta change my email to log in, what's the point of keeping a b/yonder addy? I just need it all to be forwarded.
@baggiesbabe69 You will still be able to access your Virgin Media email address as long as you have a broadband service with us. The login details for the online account is what we are requesting to be changed. This is an account holder only action.
@virginmedia How am I meant to do that when I can't get into the account? Then what happens to my blueyonder emails? Do I have to stop using that address? Is there a way of just forwarding my emails without setting up a new email on your system? When will hubby get told about this happening?
@virginmedia But how about informing customers this is happening so they can prepare & move important contacts & avoid all this &hit storm i'm trying to deal with? Without jumping through hoops & trying to co-ordinate with hubby (although I have full authority!) I can't get my account back!
@baggiesbabe69 It could be that there are other steps required for the email to be accessible again. Please ask the account holder to follow the steps here and let us know of these changes have allowed you access to your emails again: virginmedia.com/dpb/help/chang…
@virginmedia Can't get on via Samsung, or via VM web page. We used to be able to change the p/w via main account but that's no longer an option. Really need this sorting as missing urgent emails

Are you able to access the emails at all from an email client such as outlook or Gmail through a web browser?
@virginmedia Nope wont let me sign in. Tried forgotten password & it wont recognise my security info. Let's me log into VM account, but not email this is what I get

@virginmedia my email account wont log in, been like it since noon. Wont recognise my password & your system has changed so the password can't be re-set via the mail account holder. Any ideas or will it suddenly start working again?
