@DesjardinsGroup @DesjardinsCoop I had done that previously to having the fraud occur & the theft on my accounts. I calle shout line. I’m “signed up” but was told not to expect a call before 4 business days from anyone because it’s so busy.

@CBCOlivia I’m shocked that Desjardins would not be suspicious of clients changing all their personal info in light of the breech and would permit this without a thorough security screen. DM me for more info.

@CBCOlivia 2/2 I had to piece together the info. They refused to compensate me for the useless card, didn’t provide info on Desjardins fraud assistance & left it to me to call Equifax (on hold for 1.5+ hours) and TransUnion hung up after 2h on hold when their business hours ended.

@CBCOlivia 1/2 Today was called by Desjardins Visa and told that my CC had been used for 1600$ and they had been able to chang my personal info (address etc). Desjardins was not helpful- and didn’t even tell me straight up there had been identity theft in addition to compromised card.

Called @Equifax 5x before getting through. Called @TransUnion & waited on hold 2h and was hung up on because their day was done. 1/2
