We have recently resolved an issue with the EA Play FUT Supercharge Pack impacting Xbox platforms. This Pack will appear as "EA Play Playlist Pack" and can now be found in the "My Packs" section of the FUT Store.

@EAHelp my fut champs game has frozen opponent quit and it still carried on playing without him and now it’s frozen is that a win or do i lose the match. I can’t do anything but quit out the game?
