@fitzmagic13 🤣🤣🤣🤣 sorry bro lol. Ok. Like playing the white Sox
English

@joann87771 @wurkmindfreak @cagiago_ Half the population of USA is black and the country is openly racist. Where is the point?
English

@futt_buckerson @franc_bube @FootballVault1 Yes, they are obviously still a top 3 team. And by the time the game gets to penalties, the players have already run 10 miles. Penalties are a good way to decide the match without it being a cardio competition. And free throws are not remotely comparable to penalties lol
English

@ballonabudget69 @franc_bube @FootballVault1 Are they really a top 3 team if they couldn't score on Cape Verde? Also, the only thing dumber than a tie is penalties. The NBA championship would never be decided on a free throw competition.
English

This is coming from the only sport that thinks ties are acceptable

Mauricio Pochettino thinks American sports reward losers because there's no relegation threat for teams and they just fire coaches instead
English

@ballonabudget69 @Aurelian987 @LaYomberie774 @v1nsmok4 @Lisso67 Shhhhhhh France imported slave to their country that’s also why 😭😭😭
English

@skankshunts @Aurelian987 @LaYomberie774 @v1nsmok4 @Lisso67 It was for 50 years, and it wasn’t “barely”. It was just as, if not more, cruel than European colonialism. Read a book or a Wikipedia article
English

@ballonabudget69 @Aurelian987 @LaYomberie774 @v1nsmok4 @Lisso67 They invaded barely for like 5 years
English

@Aurelian987 @LaYomberie774 @v1nsmok4 @Lisso67 Japanese didn’t colonized an entire continent for decades and force their ideology and culture on them 💀
English

@futt_buckerson @franc_bube @FootballVault1 Yes, a country with a population of 500,000 getting a point from a top 3 team in the world is a big achievement
English

@franc_bube @FootballVault1 Is that why Cape Verde vs Spain 0-0 was so talked about?
English

@ThatchefThomas @RuleBeforeRuin @dharnyyoung Here’s De Bruyne being searched. Is Belgium a South American team?

English

@RuleBeforeRuin @dharnyyoung Brother if this is only happening to South American teams then it's fucked up. Did you know that we're not allowing Iran to even stay in the US? They're making them stay in Mexico and get individual visas for each game.
English

Do we not realise how insane this is?

Uruguay arrived in the United States for the World Cup and were greeted by sniffer dogs and full security checks. Look at Manuel Ugarte’s face 😂
English

@hmn_alchemy @tompsitompsito @BeersBowman @usmntonly When clubs like Man U, Tottenham are allowed to spend hundreds of millions of pounds despite being almost relegated, while clubs like Aston Villa and Bournemouth have the boot of PSR constantly on their necks after great seasons, the concept of European “parity” is an illusion.
English

Mauricio Pochettino said that ‘American sports reward losers’ when asked about the style of play in top European nations vs. in the U.S. 😯🇺🇸
QUESTION: “We know how England, France, Spain play… Players from countries with a strong tradition have a recognizable style. What is the style of the US team? What kind of football do the Americans want to play?”
ANSWER: “Their culture is playful. They want to play. We told them, “Guys, playing soccer is one thing, competing is another.” They’re two completely different sports. They grow up in a culture of playing. Why? If you start in MLS and you haven’t won a game in three months and you’re at the bottom, what’s the consequence if there’s no promotion or relegation, no international competition? American sports reward losers! But soccer is different: if you reward those who don’t win… If you don’t have goals, you don’t fight. If I lose, what happens? Nothing. They just fire the coach. Also, the American player is disciplined. But with a sense of complacency that isn’t good in soccer. It took us a year and a half to change that mentality.”

Any NBA team that has a bad first half of the season
Any MLB team that has a bad first half of the season
English

@CLEfanatic312 @LaFayetteSwell @usmntonly If that's the case, point out the team in major American sports that doesn't want to be better. Not teams that struggle for long periods, but one that is content and happy being bad.
English

@goillini256452 @usmntonly You think that relegation and losing hundreds of millions of dollars, and being forced to sell your best players, isn’t as bad as being talked about less on ESPN? You have 0 idea what you’re talking about
English

@usmntonly You know what is worse than relegation? Obscurity. Loss of revenue. That is what happens when you lose at American sports. Your team leaves or folds. Isn’t that a worse punishment for losing? In EU soccer, teams have been around for decades even though they sucked always
English

@Irat4fun @heritagelurker @lovelyx_xx @Rothmus So why would they root for Mexico or Senegal to win it all when they have a much lower chance to do so?
English

@heritagelurker @lovelyx_xx @Rothmus no ones saying they dont but they arent winning the whole thing
English

Silly but tolerable answers if the US was not competing in the World Cup.
But the more Democrats speak, the clearer it gets that this isn’t an American party.
It’s a party of foreigners who happen to live here.
End Wokeness@EndWokeness
"World Cup — who are you rooting for to win it all?" Rep. Adriano Espaillat (D): "Mexico" Darializa Chevalier (D): "Senegal"
English

@thekeyspleaze @JFrizz92 @AriWasserman As an American, it absolutely is. Soccer has a lower genetic barrier but you basically have to play since childhood or you have no shot of playing professionally. Meanwhile someone athletic enough can walk on a football field and have NFL-level technicals within a few years
English

@camolNFT England are not going to finish second in their group
English

USA vs ENGLAND ON JULY 4TH IN THE WORLD CUP 🇺🇸🦅
What better way to celebrate our 250th birthday than kicking England’s ass AGAIN???
Here’s how it happens:
- USA wins Group D
- England finishes second in Group L
- Both teams win their Round of 32 match
The best part is the game would be in Philadelphia, where the Declaration of Independence was originally signed.
This is destiny.

English

Not one USA player gets into our side. Not fucking one 👍🏴🏴🏴

@BrianMcComb83 @_Matthew1017 @sarcastic_deer Was probably threatened by you crackas.. wouldn’t be the first time. No telling what type of violent act you pasty pilgrims would commit if those kids did tell the truth
English

@USMNTBob Europeans can be irritating, but if Nigeria was in the World Cup they would be a thousand times worse
English

@tomjohnst0n The funny thing is that they think it’s just British people criticising them when it’s literally people all over the world LOL

Wow, so sorry these matches aren’t being played in front of 3,200 people in a shoebox with crumpets and mash, mate.
