@thetrainline why are you charging admin fee for a refund when I couldn’t get on a train due to them being delayed and cancelled and then had to find alternative transport to an appointment!!!

@thetrainline massive delays this morning resulting in having to find another way to get to my appointment and when asking for a refund you have the liberty to charge £4 admin fee!!! For what???? Letting me down!!!

@ThisisDavina Reading this now - thank you, I was told it perimenopausal at 38 by text from my doctors. I called for an appointment but they wouldn’t see me. Instead got a phone which they asked me so what do you want us to do 🤦‍♀️ now 40 still the same but braving trying to speak to my new GP

Absolutely shocking service from @thewhitecompany. Getting nowhere with emails. Being ignored for days and when they do contact so obvious they don’t read the email complaint. So disappointed with this company @bandaboo
