On @CoachingTies, new Syracuse HC Gerry McNamara doesn't have a deep bag of direct connections that he's worked with as a coach that he can tap into to build a staff, mainly because he's only been in two places Wonder who he looks at hiring, if he doesn't just bring his entire Siena staff. And even if he does, does he add a GM?
