آیا حذف پلورالیسم سیاسی، ما را به سمت انتخاب یک نظام تک حزبی و دیکتاتور دیگری سوق نمی‌دهد؟ وقتی احزاب سیاسی با برچسب «تجزیه‌طلب» امنیتی می‌شوند و طبل مداخله ارتش به صدا درمی‌آید، این دیگر اختلاف سیاسی نیست، عبور از دموکراسی و ورود به منطق سرکوب است. رضا پهلوی پیش از رأی ملت، برای جامعه تعیین تکلیف می‌کند، نگاهی قیم‌مآبانه که ایران بارها هزینه‌اش را پرداخته است. در همین چارچوب باید به واقعیت استان‌های مرزی کشور توجه کرد، استان‌هایی از کردستان و سیستان و بلوچستان تا خوزستان، آذربایجان غربی، کرمانشاه، ایلام، هرمزگان، لرستان و گلستان که سال‌هاست «مناطق محروم» خوانده می‌شوند، نتیجه تمرکز قدرت و توزیع ناعادلانه منابع در دو نظام گذشته. مردمی که دهه‌ها با فقر، تبعیض ساختاری، دسترسی نابرابر به آموزش و درمان، بیکاری گسترده و ضعف زیرساخت‌های حیاتی مواجه بوده‌اند، تجزیه‌طلب نیستند، مطالبه‌گر سهم برابر از ثروت ملی‌اند، ثروتی که همه اقوام در آن شریک‌اند و نباید در هیچ نظامی محروم باقی می‌ماندند. برچسب «تجزیه‌طلبی» در چنین بستری، ابزار مشترک در دست هر دو نظام فعلی و سابق، برای شکاف انداختن و سرکوب مخالفان این نظامهای مادام العمر بوده است. نیروهایی که علیه استبداد مبارزه کرده‌اند، نه علیه ایران و سال‌ها با همین برچسب‌ها به حاشیه رانده شده‌اند. رضا پهلوی با به صدا درآوردن طبل جنگ داخلی و دعوت به تقابل با بخشی از جامعه، همان سناریویی را فعال می‌کند که ایران را به آتش درگیری قومی می‌کشاند، سوختن ترک‌ها، حمله به کردها و بلوچ‌ها و لرها همان تجزیه عملی است که ادعای مقابله با آن می‌شود. این رویکرد نه تنها شکاف را تعمیق می‌کند، بلکه همان روایت «خطر تجزیه» را بازتولید می‌کند که جمهوری اسلامی سال‌ها برای توجیه سرکوب اقوام به کار برده است. این مسیر مبارزه با استبداد نیست، تکرار همان منطق امنیتی است، با چهره‌ای دیگر. در برابر این چرخه خطرناک، «صدای سوم » ایستاده است، صدای دموکراسی، جمهوری‌خواهی و حاکمیت مردم. این صدا نه استمرار استبداد موجود را می‌پذیرد و نه بازگشت به الگوی فردمحور را. پلورالیسم سیاسی تهدید نیست، ضامن بقای ایران واحد است. حذف آن، کشور را به «استبداد موجود یا ناجی فردی» سوق می‌دهد، چرخه‌ای که همیشه به تمرکز قدرت در یک فرد ختم شده است. با این حال، خطر تنها در سطح داخلی متوقف نمی‌شود. در ادامه، رضا پهلوی با استقبال از فشار حداکثری و حتی حمله نظامی آمریکا و اسرائیل علیه ایران، کشور را در معرض سناریویی قرار می‌دهد که مستقیماً جان و معیشت مردم را هدف می‌گیرد. هرگونه حمله نظامی پیش از هر چیز زیرساختهای حیاتی را نابود می‌کند، برق، آب، بیمارستان، شبکه سوخت، حمل و نقل و تولید، یعنی قطعی‌های طولانی مدت، بحران آب، صف‌های نان، فروپاشی خدمات درمانی و سال‌ها عقب‌ماندگی. وقتی از یک سو طبل جنگ داخلی کوبیده می‌شود و از سوی دیگر دعوت به حمله خارجی صورت می‌گیرد، ایران عملاً میان دو آتش قرار می‌گیرد، شکاف درون و تخریب بیرون. جنگ داخلی و جنگ خارجی هر دو یک پیامد مشترک دارند، قربانی شدن مردم، فرسایش اقتصادی، اجتماعی و تضعیف زیرساخت‌های کشور. در چنین آشوبی، غارت ثروت ملی نه تنها متوقف نمی‌شود، بلکه آسان‌تر می‌شود، نفت و گاز می‌توانند خارج شوند و مردم محروم‌تر باقی بمانند. حمله خارجی نه آزادی می‌آورد و نه دموکراسی، تنها ویرانی، بی‌ثباتی و فقر عمیق‌تر به جا می‌گذارد. هرگونه اقدام برای جلوگیری از حمله نظامی به ایران باید مورد استقبال قرار گیرد، زیرا دفاع از جان و معیشت مردم اولویت نخست هر مسئولیت سیاسی است. در نهایت، ایران نه ملک شخصی هیچ فردی است و نه میدان تحقق جاه‌طلبی موروثی. نه جنگ داخلی راه نجات است و نه جنگ خارجی. راه نجات، پایان دادن به چرخه تهدید و تمرکز قدرت، خروج استان‌های محروم از تبعیض عمیق، به رسمیت شناختن تکثر سیاسی و استقرار جمهوری مبتنی بر رأی آزاد مردم است. و اگر کشور به میدان جنگ تبدیل شود، نخستین قربانی آن همان مردمی خواهند بود که نام‌شان بهانه قدرت‌طلبی شده است. آقای رضا پهلوی، ایران میدان آزمون پروژه‌های جنگی نیست؛ دعوت به تقابل داخلی و خارجی قمار با جان ملت است، نه شجاعت سیاسی. تمامیت ارضی با حذف تکثر سیاسی حفظ نمی‌شود، وحدت با سکوت اجباری ساخته نمی‌شود و خط قرمز واقعی نفی هرگونه استبداد است. احزاب سیاسی در استان‌های مرزی، بخشی جدایی‌ناپذیر از بافت سیاسی و اجتماعی ایران‌اند و دفاع از حقوق آنان دفاع از تمامیت ایران است. هیچ قومی در این سرزمین «حاشیه» نیست، همه شریک ثروت ملی، شریک آینده ایران ‌هستند. #اتحاد_جمهوری_خواهان #از_دموکراسی_بگو #صدای_سوم

#Iran: Tsunami of Arbitrary Arrests, Enforced Disappearances Iran’s intelligence agencies and security forces have carried out mass, arbitrary, violent arrests and detentions of protesters, including children, since December 28, 2025. Tens of thousands are reported to have been arrested across the country. Waves of arrests have continued following the countrywide massacres of January 8 and 9, 2026. Authorities have subjected detainees to torture and other ill-treatment. Those detained are at serious risk of death in custody, grossly unfair trials, and secret, summary, and arbitrary executions. Authorities have systematically refused to provide any information about the fate and whereabouts of detainees, thus forcibly disappearing them. @UN member states should demand Iranian authorities immediately release all those arbitrarily detained, disclose the fate and whereabouts of people forcibly disappeared, halt any planned executions, and allow independent international bodies and monitors, particularly the UN Fact-Finding Mission on Iran, unhindered access to the country, including to all prisons and detention facilities. Judicial authorities in other countries should act to open criminal investigations, including under the principle of universal jurisdiction. Governments with embassies in Iran should send high level observers to all capital trial proceedings and urgently request to visit all sections of detention facilities.  Iran’s authorities have waged a brutal campaign to terrorize the population through mass arbitrary detentions, torture, and enforced disappearances in the aftermath countrywide massacres of protesters and bystanders by security forces on January 8 and 9, 2026, Human Rights Watch said today. Evidence examined by Human Rights Watch shows that senior officials, Iran’s security and intelligence agencies including the police, known as FARAJA, the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corp (#IRGC) and its intelligence organization, the Ministry of Intelligence, and prosecutorial and judicial officials have orchestrated a coordinated, brutal mass clampdown to quash further dissent and conceal their atrocities. In addition to mass arrests, they have held detainees in incommunicado detention including in unofficial facilities, broadcast hundreds of coerced “confessions,” including by children, and carried out large-scale enforced disappearances while imposing severe restrictions resembling martial law in many cities. “As a whole nation remains in shock, horror, and grief, and families still search for their loved ones in the aftermath of the massacres of January 8 and 9, authorities continue to terrorize the population. Arrests continue and detainees face torture, coerced “confessions,” and secret, summary, and arbitrary executions,” said Bahar Saba, senior Iran researcher at Human Rights Watch. “Given the immense dangers those detained and forcibly disappeared face, international monitors should immediately be given unhindered access to all detention facilities and prisons.” A prisoner whose voice recording was received by Human Rights Watch stressed the importance of maintaining international scrutiny, saying, “Do not forget the detainees… Be our voice, if you do not raise your voice, they will eliminate us all.” Those forcibly disappeared include individuals arrested and may include cases of people who participated in the protests but never returned home. Some families have received calls informing them that their loved ones had been killed but have not had the bodies of their loved ones returned, or received any information about them despite repeated inquiries. A January 26 statement by the IRGC’s Intelligence Organization indicated that at least 11,000 people had been summoned by intelligence and security forces as of that date. According to judiciary’s spokesperson, 10,538 individuals had been referred for prosecution and 8,843 indictments were issued by February 17~@hrw #FFM

Today—26 February—marks the Iranian Bar Association's Independence Day. In 1953, the Bill of Independence of the Iranian Bar Association became #law. To date, my mandate has documented serious and continuing allegations about lawyers facing harassment, imprisonment, and disbarment simply for representing clients engaged in activism. In the aftermath of the nationwide protests that began in December 2025, I have received reports of lawyers detained across multiple provinces. Those who are free and wish to represent protesters cannot do so in national security cases, where the accused are restricted to State-approved counsel (Note to Article 48 of the Code of Criminal Procedure), exposing them to a heightened risk of torture, forced confessions, and trials that will inevitably fall far short of international fair trial standards. Lawyers defend civic space, making it possible for individuals including protesters to exercise their freedom of expression and assembly.
