Eventful morning. My @Baratza crapped out all of a sudden. Turned out to be the burr holder. Since I can't find a replacement, ended up printing another. It didn't fit and the grinder went out of calibration. Super coarse grounds even at smaller settings 🙃

@Baratza @wirecutter @ConsumerReports INVENT a really good reason why several requests for support go unanswered... The "Virtuoso +" NEVER provides a consistent grind... My 20 year old CuisineArt does a better job...

@Baratza The plastic ring in the Encore ESP grinder that I purchased about a month ago broke in two in my hands as I was pulling it out to add shims. I emailed your support on Thursday and so far no replies. How do I get a replacement ring, I can't use the grinder now. TIA.

. @Baratza your customer service, which used to be a strong point, is anything but timely. no phone support. Email response is slow. My grinder doesnt work and I can't get consistent enough support to get it to work.

Hi @baratza, #dontdumpitfixit, My Encore, bought a year + 18 days ago, so 18 days out of warranty, has died, + your customer service email doesn't reply to a request for help. If you don't want me to dump it, how am I supposed to fix it if you won't reply to a request for help?
