One of the best nights of my life. I was still working as a beauty manager at Sephora, I was closing that night. I wasn’t able to closely watch the election. Being on the west coast, we didn’t have to wait all that long to find out. All of a sudden a group of young teenagers ran through the mall, screaming “Donald Trump won, Donald Trump won”! I had to excuse myself off of the floor because I was unable to hide my glee. The next morning at our morning mall meeting, the mall manager said, “I know it’s hard for all of us right now”, to which I said, “no it’s not” and I walked away. Since then, I’ve never allowed anyone to make me feel guilty over my support for Trump. You can all suck it.
