So @AirCanada, granted - I messed up! Typo booking flight to Australia. Put my 1st name as Kurt when i.d. says “Kurtis.” Caught the error 3+ months before we depart. Apparently there is no fixing it, we have to cancel and rebook for $2400. Is this seriously set-in-stone policy?
