Most shoes with this much cushion start to feel bulky when you run faster.
The Superblast 3 doesn’t.
It’s comfortable enough for easy days and long runs, but light and responsive enough for steady work and workouts.
It’s my favorite shoe right now, and the one I’d keep if I could only have one.

This race is must-watch TV. The Brooks guys have been so dialed lately and now Kerr gets a teammate to pace him for a WR attempt.
10 years ago I would have told you the mile WR would never be broken but now I think I’d be surprised if someone doesn’t break it this weekend.

It looks like Josh Kerr will be paced by teammate Brannon Kidder and Diamond League pacing stalwart Zan Rudolf in his mile world record attempt. The race is essentially a US GB match race. DL debut for Simeon Birnbaum after missing the Pre Classic.
