@TimWhelan6 Even in a safe enclosure, dogs tend to sniff & dig. They will find the rats & subsequently the poison. The town used to have a dog catcher that never caught a dog. Now they just roam freely & the owners don't seem to care.

Why do dog owners take a poop bag, then make the effort to bend over to pick the shit up, and then flick the bag in the woods? Don't bother at all if you do that, the bag takes a lot longer to erode than a turd! Come on!
