i think its great for adhd/autism anxiety. and horrible for neurotypical anxiety. based on what i have seen over my 40 years.

They did give me smaller doses the second time, but definitely not 1/8th of a standard dose tho. So they thought I might’ve needed bigger dose the third time
But *if* I for some reason wanted to try it again I will try and follow your recommendation. But the chances are slim that I would ever try it again 😂

although we are all seasoned vets (djs and artists) we microdose it, only take lik 1/8th of a "standard" dose at first and then add more as necessary.
if u try again u should start with a teeny amount.

But all I got was me being devoid for any emotion and just waited for the “roll” to end. I couldn’t even enjoy the music.
