Suspected Human Trafficking Update on TCS Nashik Jihad Case The complainant, a Dalit woman who first approached the police with a complaint, has made shocking revelations: 1. Danish had taken away her documents: Aadhaar, passport, marksheets, all originals telling her he would get her posted in Malaysia. 2. Along with this woman, 12 others had also given their documents to Danish, believing they would all be settled in Malaysia. 3. Danish had connected them with a man named Imran, who would show them the lives of women who had already gone to Malaysia. 4. Danish told this woman: “Your family members don’t love you. Don’t ruin your life for them. Work to excel in life, they cannot see you grow. Their restrictions will take away your once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.” 5. There is only one God, Allah, and offering namaz to Him will get them appraisals. 6. Danish and Mohsin had opened bank accounts in the names of many Hindu women. The documents belonged to these women, but the mobile numbers linked to the accounts were Danish’s. They were making big transactions in these accounts. For instance, the Dalit woman’s account had a first transaction of Rs 18 lakh. What were they up to? Were they trafficking these women to Malaysia or somewhere else? Shocking details coming on TCS Nashik Case: 1. Police sources say Tata and TCS Senior Management did everything they could to prevent the case from being filed. 2. Once it went viral, the media was subtly informed that if they wanted Tata advertising revenue to continue, they should not mention TCS by name. 3. TCS in a statement said that it maintains a "zero-tolerance policy" and that the employees under probe have been suspended. 4. Victims reportedly claimed they approached the company's HR earlier, but no action was taken. TCS has remained silent on this allegation. 5. Police already arrested 6 in this case. @KaurageousDils My neighbour’s cousin who lives in kolkata ran away with a muslim guy when she was just 17. Her muslim female friend helped with fake documents. They are marwadis btw and she has converted to islam now. It happed a 15 years ago.

Her one academic year got wasted there and another one back at home re-applying in other colleges. Finally after one year she got admission in a college in Poland. She's doing absolutely good there. Still shudder at the thought of what could have happened. We were fortunate 🙏

Somehow she finished 2 semesters but when things started getting unbearable and she started finding it difficult to concentrate on her studies because of these issues, she confided in her mother, my sister. Her parents didn't hesitate one bit in calling her back, immediately.

My niece simply ignored all this, and as a result she started getting avoided even in college classes by that girl and her gang. Now my niece is a very strong headed girl with strong cultural beliefs, values and family norms. She simply refused to cower down to those bullies.

The one year that she spent there was a nightmare for her. Initially started with her room-mate telling her that she should start wearing hijab, she should stop listening to music as it's haram, etc. Then started coercing my niece to strike friendship with her community boys.

About 2.5 years ago, my 21 year old niece, a tall & extremely good looking girl, born & brought up in Canada, took admission in a medical college in Bahrain. She was sharing a flat with a Muslim girl. In just a couple of months, the flat-mate started showing her true colours.

2 Incidents My dad once told me that during his college days, he developed a small interest in politics. Like many young students, he started joining rallies during election season, and gradually became involved with a small political group. One day, he and a few friends were allowed to sit in on a closed discussion where a mid-level political leader was speaking to a limited circle. Dad said the kind of words and sentiments expressed there about Kashmiri Pandits and India were so disturbing that even today, he cannot bring himself to repeat those words to me. Every sentence would start with Indian\Hendhe Dalleh (Indian \ Hindu Bastard) This is 70s Kashmir. I had a physics tuition teacher who was a gem of a person as well as an exceptional teacher — a double gold medalist, brilliant in every sense. He would consistently ace written exams for job interviews, yet somehow never made it through the final selection. He used to say that no matter how perfectly he answered, they would never choose him. The lobbying and favouritism were so deeply entrenched that, despite being highly educated and dedicated, only a handful of Kashmiri Pandits could make it to high-level positions.

Al-Biruni himself: a prominent scientist and scholar born in Khwarazm (973 to 1048): describes it in his book "Al-Āthār al-Bāqiyah ʿan al-Qurūn al-Khāliyah" (The Remaining Signs of Past Centuries, also known as The Chronology of Ancient Nations): "When Qutayba ibn Muslim was sent to Khwarazm and conquered it for the second time, he promptly killed everyone who could write in the local Khwarezmian language and who knew the region's heritage, history, and culture. He then killed all their Zoroastrian priests and burned and destroyed their books, until only illiterate people remained who knew nothing of writing: and thus the history of the region was almost entirely forgotten." (Accurate translation from Eduard Sachau’s standard edition, 1879). This is direct testimony from a great Muslim historian, not a later polemical tale. It describes a direct outcome of the Muslim conquest: not merely battlefield killing, but the deliberate destruction of knowledge and cultural memory. Every Friday our Muslim staff is allowed for jumme ki namaz- extending their official lunch break by 1.5 hours- this is provided by the company. This Eid that clashed with navratra- two days holiday was given for Eid and 0 holiday for navratra- people ended up taking PTO. During Ramzan a lot of our teamworkers who were lagging work wise were given extensions because their energy was “low”. Not the same for navratra. Muslim women in our office are allowed to wear a head to toe burka but Hindu women are looked differently if they have choora, sindoor and a big mangalsutra (called aunties/bhenjis) I have 8-10 more such incidences I can share but these will be enough to understand the difference.
