My elderly friend is paying £37/month to @baxisupport for boiler cover. She’s had repeated breakdowns. After a visit in March, your engineer suspected a wiring fault — but didn’t confirm it. Now Baxi won’t return unless she pays for an electrician, leaving her without heating

@baxiboilers It’s a shame your customer service is so poor. I had an engineer out on 6th of June and he said he would put through info for a new water tank. 3 weeks later & 6 phone calls where each person said they’d email relevant person & still nobody has called me back

@baxiboilers Megaflo system boiler is the worst product I’ve ever bought in my life. PCB has failed about 15 times in 10y. Signed up @BritishGas Homecare to cut down the cost of maintenance - 8 visits in past few weeks, and @baxiboilers refuse to send an engineer to repair

@baxiboilers @baxiboilers been on the phone all morning to your advisors. Told that I didn’t have a warranty but have a letter from yourselves confirming this which I had to hand. The advisor said it ‘must have got lost’ on their end and I now have to wait until Tuesday to book a call out. 😡

Appalling LACK OF SERVICE by @baxiboilers today who failed to attend and service our boiler during the 0800-1800 slot we were required to be home. Didn't even phone to say they weren't coming. They took payment up front. I will never use them again. Utterly complacent and rude.
