I make 2 weeks game prototype and reach 1.7 millions of views and 3k wishlists just for 4 days. I'm a solo dev with no audience, no budget, and no publisher. Here's everything I learned about making shorts that actually go viral:

2-Don’t build for months without validating your USPs. Dreadway took ~2 years and got 10–20k views; a 2-week prototype hit ~2M.

1- Test your idea on social media ASAP. In the first seconds, visuals + concept sell the game.
