£25k in S&S ISA 1% held in cash because it doesn’t NEED to be any higher
£250 at 3.5% interest = £8.75
£8.75 taxed at 22% =£1.93
The bigger question should be why is anyone holding large amount of cash in a S&S ISA. The country needs investment education
