@British_Airways I tried to change a business class flight today to an alternative date. I was quoted £10,000 one way for two people, which was more than the return flight. With customer service like that it’s no wonder you are no longer the world’s favourite airline

@AvantiWestCoast I was on the 0725 from Milton Keynes to Manchester travelling 1st class, the lady serving the food had a very bad attitude and her customer service was so poor another traveller even commented

Booking.com very poor customer service, stuck outside my apartment for 3 hours, two of which were on phone to be told we sent you an email. I had to book another hotel myself, I can only assume you employ cheap labour
