I was talking to an old dairy farmer the other day.
He told me about how he ran about 250 head for over 50 years, but lost it all when the industry consolidated and forced out the small producers.
Now his body is broken down. He makes ends meet with a little Social Security and odd jobs. His kids all moved away for work elsewhere.
He still carries a deep sadness about the entire situation. He always expected his kids could take over the farm, just like his family had done for generations.
Seeing honest, hardworking Americans suffering like this kills me, especially in light of the fact that Somalis and other “new arrivals” are allowed to steal billions and live high on the hog.
If the government doesn’t start prioritizing the American people, they shouldn’t be surprised by what comes next.

2017: Trump repeatedly called for ending the program, describing it as a “Chuck Schumer beauty” and pushing Congress to terminate it.
2017–2021: Supported legislative efforts like the RAISE Act to eliminate the diversity visa lottery. This was stopped by Chuck Schumer and Democrats.
2019: Implemented a passport requirement for lottery applicants, significantly reducing applications. This was halted by the Courts.
2020: Suspended diversity visa processing
