@bbatsell @FlightyApp Niiiiiiiiice! We’re pushing MapKit to it’s limits as-is, so if your method will work with those I’m skeptical because I know @ifrins has turned over all the rocks already. But any tips how you achieved your version?

@rjonesy @FlightyApp I think it's doable, some slight MapKit layout jank aside. How you draw the plane + path might pose some limitations but I doubt insurmountable

Every day, I go to work, and I know that some ppl view me this way. I don’t know which ppl, but I’ve heard shit like this enough that I know it’s ever-present in our world. It angers me to see these viewpoints expressed by someone in a leadership role at my own company.

@dwlz I looked in to it when it first came out; the API limits how many numbers you can add so you can’t do a global-minus-contacts thing (which is what I wanted). There are apps that will block what I think you meant by your pattern (i.e. 10000 at a time) like apps.apple.com/us/app/number-…

A call-blocking app that blocked all callers matching ^XXX-XXX-[\d]{4}$ by default and whitelisted all exceptions in your contacts. Would you pay for this?
