1/2 Not quite the half term I’d planned @British_Airways! After sitting on our Portugal-bound flight for 7 hrs on the runway at @HeathrowAirport T5, we’re back home after midnight without our luggage. No staff spoke to us. We’ve been told our luggage will automatically appear on

2/2 our rebooked Tuesday flight but I’m not overly helpful. Can someone/anyone pls reassure me? Just to give you the full picture - I’m 7 months pregnant & I was sitting on that plane with my 3 kids aged 2,4 & 6. All of whom are sad to be back home rather than on holiday 😢
