For myeloid SPMs such as MDS, yes the lenalidomide likely played a role as you said. More work to be done here!

Doctors right now may claim they are serious about cutting costs but that’s not how many of us act. We order tests, treatments, numerous labs without ever considering costs. That’s because we don’t have to. Insurance usually just pays for it.
