One of indirectly impactful bits of Drew Brees' NFL legacy is that he was so otherworldly good as a 6-foot-barely QB that it actually gaslit a lot of the league into thinking that being tall wasn't a critical -- often essential -- trait at the QB position (it absolutely is).
