SpaceX received a contract worth up to $843 million to build a tug to de-orbit the ISS. This tug has to slow the ISS down by only 57 m/s to get it out of LEO and into the atmosphere. To get it out to the moon, you'd have to speed it up 3,100 m/s and another 400 m/s to park it into lunar orbit. So there's absolutely no way to push the 420 tonne station out to the moon feasibly.

Can we push the ISS into the moon? @Erdayastronaut or that's too heavy of a spacecraft to do?

So, how much slower at spacecraft recovery was Orion compared to SpaceX? Looking at Artemis stream splashdown is 1:39:30 1st crew out at 3:02:58, 4th crew out at 3:06:59. SpaceX DM-2 landing at 6:28:04 1st crew at 7:46:48, 2nd at 7:50:33 Orion 1:27:29 Dragon 1:22:29 So, 5 minutes slower.
