We can pursue innovation without letting big tech externalize costs onto Florida families’ water bills, quality of life, or environment. Strongly support requiring: • Full environmental impact studies + aquifer sustainability modeling before any permits • Preference for air-cooled or non-aquifer options (or proven closed-loop/reclaimed systems) • Strict noise standards & buffers • 100% cost recovery from operators (infrastructure + any grid/water rate impacts) • Local veto power & transparency Protecting our water & way of life is putting Florida First.
