@spire_energy I have been having the same billing issue since Feb. 2022 and still nobody has contacted me. It’s been a year and I’m frustrated it’s not resolved.

@spire_energy It has now been a week and a half and I still have not heard from a supervisor like I was promised. At what point do I start taking legal action to resolve this 9 month frustrating battle with your company?

@spire_energy I have been calling customer service for 8 months to get help with an incorrect gas meter on my house; replaced in February 2022. I overpaid on bills for 5 years and no one has helped me solve this problem or indicated what will be done. Who can help me with this?

@mmasaid @LowesCService @LowesCares @Lowes @Pella_News SO FRUSTRATING. I have tried getting ahold of many different departments for my patio doors. Thankfully mine wasn't as expensive as yours-- but still several thousand! Don't give up! This service is not acceptable for customers.

They took $18k from us in March 2021 to replace our windows and they have yet to complete the work. @Pella_News employees said that they aren’t in the business and are terrible to work with. left my house in July2021 and never returned to complete work

Taylor wanted to play house so she designated me as the Dad. I didn't even have the option to be the mom, while she was the baby.

Dane apparently wants to come to my birthday party so he can eat the pizza rolls.

The problem with letting kids eat in your car? They like to hide pizza, fruit, and candy in your backseat so you can find it days later.

When I took Dane to school this morning, I yelled out the window after him "hit on allll the girls at school!" His face was priceless.

I put a popcorn chunk in my mouth that was wet. Confused, I looked over and Taylor was spitting out the ones she didn't want.

Crackers dipped in water. Please someone explain to me how that is good.

Dane's school has "Donut Sundays." Agh. I remember that's how my mom got me and my brother to go to church when we were younger.

My car has become a dump of kids shit: stuffed animals, boys tennis shoes, sippy cups, and books line my backseat.

Just a nice little refresher... Taylor is 4 yrs old and Dane is 8 now. These kids say the darndest things to me that I just have to share.
