Hey @BCBSM Please reinstate my disabled godson's insurance — You have your money!! He can't do ABA, he had to cancel an EEG for his epilepsy, and god help him if he gets sick and has to go to the ER again. His parents are under-employed & absolutely cannot afford this

Total hip is scheduled next week Just got asked by a Peer to Peer for the Kellgren Lawrence scale for the patient’s hip arthritis. A board certified orthopedic surgeon I might add. I informed him that grade 3 Tönnis is the most severe hip grading of arthritis and that the KL score is only used for knees. Case was still denied. 🤷‍♂️😐 @BCBSM seems to employ morons. @ABOSortho certification doesn’t mean much.

@BCBSM is putting my health at risk by denying to pay for a colonoscopy of medical necessity. Dysplasia is a medical necessity, yet they are playing games and saying it's about a coding issue, and now are charging me $12,000+ for a procedure they have previously covered.

Is there any worse co. on earth than @BCBSM? Their cus. srvc is beyond parody! My husband and I, w/zero health issues, now have to pay $1,677 per month (!) for terrible coverage. For this amount of $ cust serv should be great.
