Exhausted of @OptumRx. Meds I refilled fine in late Jan are suddenly not covered- spoke to 3 ppl with thick accents. 1st said no problem, I'll ship your meds. Next day, it's cancelled. 2nd guy, snarky. 3rd said to get Prior Auth which was immediately denied for no coverage.

@OptumRx After 8 phone transfers, the problem with husband's acct is still not SOLVED. I do not recommend this company.

@OptumRx was a horrible experience. Use your local pharmacy instead. They can never confirm your prescription even though the doctor sent it over.

I had such high hopes for @OptumRx and then just spent nearly an hour with them...mostly on hold...only to have to call the doctor myself. DO BETTER!!!! #wastedtime

@OptumRx @BCBSM rcv'd alert, opened, no alert, none online either. Called, no help. I'd like the prior authorization criteria. This whole processes is causing stress & stress is not good for my or anyone else's health. Never any answers, and the info is different per agent. Help!

What genius came up with this idea? My arthritis medicine is sealed off for my protection without a way to open it. I have to stab through it with a knife, it needs a tab! @OptumRx do better than this please.

@OptumRx how do you get away with not approving medication my doctor prescribes me after I have a procedure done? This should be illegal and I can't wait for the day I can change insurance providers. Your company is a bunch of crooks and I hope you go out of business.

I just got off the phone with OptumRX re: seizure meds auth for my special needs adult son. @OptumRx doesn't want to give him brand name, but his BP goes up to the 180-190 range with the generic. I'm guardian, but they won't talk to me without verbal OK from him, every call...

Optum charging me $60 every time I refill my biologic injection is exactly what's wrong with Healthcare. They're charging me MORE for generic. My doc warned me it might happen and to let her know if they try to rip me off. Tomorrow will be fun. @OptumRx

@OptumRx wants to charge me nearly $2600 copay to get my ramelteon scrip filled as written. Cheap, common generic medication. They only fill one tablet a day, and my Dr has written scrips for 2 a day. They're sending a 90 day supply, and to add a second tablet- it'll be $2568.
